Anthony Musaba
An exciting addition, arriving from French side Monaco on a permanent deal with reports suggesting he’s joined on a three-year deal with a sell-on fee inserted.
Devis Vasquez
Colombian goalkeeper signed on a season-long loan from Italian giants AC Milan.
Momo Diaby
Another left-field one, the giant midfielder checked in from Portuguese outfit Portimonense with an agreement in place to turn it permanent at a later date. Got injured on debut.
Djeidi Gassama
Another eye-catching signing, the 19-year-old came from French super club Paris Saint-Germain.
Jeff Hendrick
The experienced midfielder was the first of two deadline day arrivals, signed on a season-long loan from Premier League side Newcastle United.
John Buckley
Wednesday’s 12th and final arrival of the window. Aged just 23 but with more than a century of second tier appearances under his belt, Buckley signs on for the campaign on loan from Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers.
OUTGOINGS
David Stockdale
Veteran goalkeeper quickly found a new club, joining old team York City in a hybrid role that sees him on the playing squad but also working as head of recruitment for the National League side.
Jack Hunt
Right-back landed at League One side Bristol Rovers, signing a two-year deal at the Memorial Stadium.
Dennis Adeniran
Landed a surprise move abroad, joining Portimonense on a permanent deal.
Jaden Brown
Bit-part player ended up signing for League One outfit Lincoln City.
Fisayo Dele-Bashiru
Always flattered to deceive at Hillsborough and left on a free transfer, opting to join Turkish team Hatayspor.
Sam Durrant
Youngster made a solitary first team appearance on the final day of the regular season, as a cameo against Derby. Signed terms with Irish club Dundalk.
Ryan Galvin
Defender was used sparingly by the Owls. Released this summer and has since signed for non-league side FC Halifax Town.
Ben Heneghan
Centre-half has been out injured since last October and despite his Owls’ contract expiring he continues to train with the team. Last week saw him play for the under-21s.
