John Robb – In Conversation

10 April @ 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Legendary Membranes frontman and music journalist extraordinaire John Robb joins us for a talk about life in music, his best selling art of darkness book, being the first person to interview Nirvana, inventing the word britpop and adventures on the post punk frontline…

Prepare for an immersive journey through the untamed realms of music and culture with the remarkable John Robb – a true Renaissance figure in the world of rock.

From the impactful post-punk days with The Membranes to his role as the first interviewer of Nirvana, coining the term Britpop, and chronicling the Madchester scene – John Robb’s journey has been one of continuous innovation and influence.

Always ahead of the curve via his music and culture website, Louder Than War, John has been a reliable insight into music culture through his insightful commentary on TV, radio, and his dynamic YouTube channel, where he dissects music, culture, and politics with unparalleled depth.
